Dr Grace has an appointment with a girl she last saw years and years ago, but when she comes in she's grown quite huge. Apparently, Cassandra has a strange ability where her muscles grow whenever they're used, but Dr Grace doesn't seem to quite understand. It seems the only way to prove it to Dr Grace is to show what Cassandra can do.
